Recipe submissions begin on March 15, 2011, at 12:00 a.m. (CST). Our nutrtionist will determine if your recipe is considered healthy and, if so, will be entered in prize drawings that start on April 1st and go through June 30, 2011, at 11:59 p.m. (CST). Complete and submit the entry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions. All entries must include a healthy recipe.

PRIZES
There are three prize categories plus a Daily Special prize and a Grand Prize. Pick what you want to win and enter.

1. Mouthwatering Movie Tickets of the Day
If you just submit your healthy recipe, you are put into the “Mouthwatering Movie Tickets of the Day” drawing and will receive 100 FitFamily GoalTracker points. (6 movie tickets per winner) Prize drawn daily from a random drawing.

2. Tempting Weekly iTune gift card
Submit your recipe with a delicious photo of how your finished healthy recipe looks and you’re entered into the “Tempting Weekly iTune gift card” drawing. Plus you’ll receive 200 FitFamily GoalTracker points. ($25 value) Prize drawn weekly from a random drawing.

3. Yummy iPads
Submit your recipe with a photo or video of family or friends actually eating your nutritional meal, and you earn a place in the “Yummy iPads” drawing. Plus you receive 300 FitFamily GoalTracker points. 2 iPad entries drawn at end of contest from a random drawing.

The Top Tasty Recipe Grand Prize!
The top, best tasting healthy recipe winner gets to bring celebrity Energy Chef, Herb Mesa to your base where we’ll showcase you and your healthy recipe submission plus he’ll present healthy cooking techniques, sign autographs and even visit a selected school on base talking with kids and staff! Herb Mesa will be personally choosing the winner. Winner will be chosen at end of contest.

The Daily Special “Air Force is my Life” T-shirts
No matter where you enter your healthy recipe you’ll be eligible for the Daily Special “Air Force is my Life” T-shirts. (Family pack of three – XL, L, M)
