Over the next year, top chefs from Ontario will choose 3 finalists; each winning recipe will be featured in a different issue of Food & Drink Magazine, beginning in the Early Summer edition. The Grand Prize Winner will be featured in the Holiday 2011 issue.

Each finalist will win "Dinner for 6" people, prepared by one of the judging chefs.

The Grand Prize Winner will win a Trip for 2 to Napa Valley, California, including a weekend course at the Culinary Institute of America.
