International Photo Competition - Modern Contemporary Art with Agriturismi.it

The Cultural Association MoCA (Modern Contemporary Art), in collaboration with Agriturismi.it, announces the Second Edition of the International Award for Photography "Take a Picture and Travel" with the aim to increase the knowledge of Italy and the discovery of traditional and simple things.
The participation in the contest is free and offers to the winner a weekend in Country House and the pubblication of a virtual catalogue on Facebook page and the Blog of Agriturismi.it.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE the Photo Competition
The Award is open to everyone, without any limit of age, sex, nationality or other qualification. Each author can apply with one color or black and white photo.
The theme is free

THE JURY of the Photo Competition
The photo which will receive the highest number of I LIKE on Facebook and the vote of the Jury within 1st June 2011 will win the competition. The jury will vote the 10 photos that will have received the highest number of i like.

THE PRIZE of the Photo Competition
The prize consists in a stay of 2 nights for 2 people, breakfast included and a bottle of olive oil at the Country House Li Zuti Resort, Tuscany.
The winner will be informed by phone call, email, fax or mail, according to the details provided in the registration. For confirming the prize, the winner has 7 days time from the reception of the winning notice email to send a fax of acceptance to the number +30 041 8627948, writing "Competition take a picture and Travel 2011 - Agriturismi.it" enclosing a photocopy of valid ID card containing personal data provided during the registration in the contest. If there is no response after this period, the second person in the classification will be the winner.
The prize can be used within a year (excluding high season) from the day of the award giving.
Transfer costs to and from the destination and any other cost not specified in the prize, will be charged to the winner.
The prize will be given only after a check by Agriturismi.it: in particular, it will be verified that the winner is complying with the provisions of this Regulation.

RESPONSIBILITY of the Photo Competition
If the photograph represents people, the author is personally responsible for procuring the related consent/releasing, excluding the organizers from any liability or claim.
The cultural association MoCA and Agriturismi.it invite the participants to keep updated about the prize news that will be regularly published on www.agriturismi.it.
The Organization will send relevant communications to all subscribers to the mailing list. It is recommended to provide a valid e-mail address and to save the e-mail address info@agriturismi.it (email address protected by spam bot), enable Javascript to see it and to visit daily the mail box.
The Organizer Company has no responsibility for failure or connection speed to the website for reasons that are not imputable to the organization; moreover, it will be not responsible for any problem caused by the configuration of your computer and your connection to Internet that could affect the quality of the competition.
The Organizer Company does not have any responsibility for the quality of the service offered by the hospitality structures participating in this contest beacuse it has no role in the service management for the reception of winners.
Therefore the Organizers will not be responsible for any failure or problems related to mismanagement of hosting structures.

CONSENT of the Photo Competition
The decisions of the Jury Award are final and irrevocable.
The winner has the right to renounce the prize without asking to MoCA and Agriturismi.it any form of compensation, in that case the prize will be reallocated according to the ranking created by the jury.
Each candidate gives to MoCA and Agriturismi.it the rights to reproduce photos and texts for creating the virtual catalogue, for the applications record, for the publishing of the pictures in the website Agriturismi.it and for any other form of communication related to the activity of the Organization.
Each applicant specifically authorizes the Cultural Association MoCA and Agriturismi.it and their direct representatives, to treat personal data provided as said the Law 675/96 ('Privacy Act') and subsequent amendments Leg. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), also for inclusion in databases managed by these persons.
The participation to this Contest implies the knowledge and the full acceptance of this Regulation. For what is not specifically in this Regulation, the organization reserves the right of decision.
