The “Heineken Sounds of the City Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion”) is open solely to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents in California and Texas who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. This Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 3, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on September 30, 2011.

To enter this Promotion, a potential participant must visit http://agenda.complex.com/heinekensoundsofthecity (the “Site”) and follow all entry instructions set forth at the Site for the completion and submission of an online entry form.

Prize: Four (4) potential “Grand Prize” recipients and Two-hundred (200) “First Prize” recipients will be selected pursuant to the random drawing procedure described in the immediately succeeding paragraph. The four (4) Grand Prizes will be comprised of 1 Luxury Sound System, 1 High-End Turntable, 1 Guitar and Amp Package and 1 Large-Format Framed Photo. The two-hundred (200) “First Prizes” will be comprised of One-Hundred (100) posters, Fifty (50) Slipmats and Fifty (50) photo prints. The Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of the Sound System is two thousand three hundred dollars ($2,300), the Turntable is three hundred fifty dollars ($350), the Guitar and Amp package is one thousand dollars ($1000) and the Framed Photo is ($500). The Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of the Posters are seventy-five dollars each ($75), the Slipmats are fifty dollars each ($50) and the Photos are seventy-five dollars each ($75).
