the most popular Midwest family vacation destinations. Enter below before August 3, 2012 for
your chance to visit America’s Largest Waterpark.
Giveaway Family Ticket - Midwest family vacation destinations Official Rules:
Entry deadline is 5pm (central time) on August 3, 2012.
No purchase necessary.
Limit of one entry per person.
Each week, starting on June 4, 2012, one winner will be drawn at random from all entries received prior to contest deadline of 5pm on August 3, 2012. Each winner will receive one family 4-pack to Noah’s Ark, located in Wisconsin Dells. Noah’s Ark tickets are valid during the 2012 season only (May 26, 2012 – September 3, 2012). Value of prize package: $156.
Winners may be required to present valid identification, social security number and sign a waiver of eligibility and liability before claiming prize.
Winners agree that TODAY’S TMJ4 may use your name and likeness for publicity without additional compensation.
Prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash and winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prizes not claimed after 30 days will be forfeited.
All decisions regarding winners are final. Winners will be contacted by phone.

Journal Communications, Noah Ark, Platypus Advertising & Design, or their agencies and their
immediate families.

stolen, misdirected, email failure, misuse of website, misaddressed, postage due or illegible
entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Entry by use of
computer programs or automated devices is prohibited.
Contest organizers and sponsors are not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by contestants as a result of winning. All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole
responsibility of winner. Winner and travel companions, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release and hold harmless Contest Sponsors, their respective parents and subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize-related activity.
