Swirl Bread Recipe Contest Rules:
Your submission must be emailed or postmarked by August 2, 2012. You can email this list of information to 5gbelena@gmail.com or print and mail this Entry Form to P.O. Box 71 Zelienople, PA 16063. Late submissions will not be judged.
You must use a variety of 5 Generation Bakers Gourmet Cinnamon Bread.
You must provide all the ingredients and instructions for preparing your dish so it can possibly be recreated.
You must provide a photo of your recipe along with your submission.
You can submit as many recipes as you wish, but only one recipe can be chosen as a possible finalist by the judging panel.
5 Generation Bakers reserves the right to use your recipe in a future recipe book regardless of whether your recipe is selected as a finalist or winner of the contest.
However, if your recipe is chosen for a future recipe book, you will receive:
Credit for your recipe in the book
A one time payment of $25
A free copy of the recipe book
There will be 5 to 10 finalists chosen by the judging panel at 5 Generation Bakers. The finalists will be featured on our Facebook page and our fans on Facebook will choose the official winner. The finalist with the most amount of “likes” will win the contest.

The winner will receive:
A $100 cash prize
A years supply of our gourmet Cinnamon breads. (One loaf/week, a $210 value)
A tour of our baking facility (for up to 8 people) and an inside look at our production process. If you win and are from out of town, you may transfer this part of the prize to someone who lives in Pittsburgh and they can take the tour. You must take the tour within a year of winning the contest.
