To enter, submit your own, original recipe using the form below. All entries must be received between August 3, 2012 and August 16, 2012.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of

Columbia who have reached the age of 18 at time of entry. Employees of Foodtown, its

parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and

prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of

household of each such employee) are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning August 3, 2012 at 9:00 AM (ET) through August 16, 2012

at 5:00 PM (ET) go to http://www.foodtown.com/recipe-contest/ and complete and

submit the entry form pursuant to the onscreen instructions or mail a 3” x 5” postcard to:

Foodtown - Jersey Fresh / Locally Grown Corn Contest, 485E Route 1 South – Suite 170,

Iselin, NJ 08830. All entries must include your name, address, telephone number, email

address and original recipe using the specified ingredient, corn.
