Okay shutterbugs! Get your cameras ready and start clicking. Universal Printing is extremely excited to announce our second annual Photo Contest. We would like some great photographs for our 2012 calendar.

We are looking for photo’s with the "WOW" factor.

Annual Photo Contest Universal Printing Rules:

Submitted photos should be landscape oriented (horizontal) rather than of portrait orientation and must include the following information:

* Photographer’s name (the photographers name will be used as a credit along with the photograph)
* Contact information
* Photo caption (optional)
* Please e-mail submissions to: photocontest@universalprint.ca by September 15, 2011 (entry deadline).
* Submitted photos will be on our Facebook page. Facebook voting will be open till October 15, 2011. Vote by selecting the picture then click like.

Annual Photo Contest Universal Printing Hint:

* We try to have a weather/theme/holiday related picture for each month. eg; Autumn scene or Halloween activity for October etc.

General:

* Individual photographers may submit a maximum of three photos.
* Images must not be digitally altered in any way but may be cropped for composition.
* The submitted Photo must never have been previously published, exhibited publicly, or selected as a winner in any other contest.
* Winning submissions will be required to obtain the consent of all individuals who are included in the Photo(s).Consent forms will be forwarded following the selection process.
* Winning submissions will be published in Universal Printing’s 2012 desk calendar.
* Winners will receive two copies of Universal Printing’s 2012 calendar.

Rights:

* By entering, participants release and hold harmless Universal Printing, all Contest supporters as well as any directors, officials, employees of Universal Printing from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.
* By entering the Photo Fun Contest, the contestant grants Universal Printing the unrestricted and exclusive rights to use photograph(s) for it’s 2012 Calendar. This includes, but is not limited to, publishing your photograph(s) in print or electronic form for promotional purposes and to store copies of said images in an digital archive without further compensation, and the right to use the photographers name as a credit along with the photograph.The photographer must own all rights to any photographs entered in this contest. It is the responsibility of the contestant to ensure that publication of the photographs raises no legal claims. Accordingly, you hereby agree to compensate Universal Printing fully regarding any claims arising out of the use of the photograph(s).
* Participants under the age of 18 years must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian in order to enter and their images must be submitted by their guardian.
* All federal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
* Files will not be returned

Annual Photo Contest Universal Printing Privacy:

* Your privacy is extremely important to us. Photographs will not be distributed. Photographs will not be sold. Photographs will be stored at Universal Printing. E-mail addresses will not be shared or divulged in any way.
