CTV and Rite Stop want to fill you with more than just holiday spirit this Christmas season. We also want to fill your wallet with Christmas Cash. CTV Morning Live is giving away a total of $3,000 this holiday season and you could be a lucky winner. All you have to do is watch CTV Morning Live between Monday, November 28th and Friday, December 9th, 2011 for the word of the day. Use that word to enter the Christmas Cash contest and be eligible to win one of three great prizes.

We're giving away one grand prize of $2,000 and two secondary prizes of $500 each.

The contest is open to legal residents of the Atlantic Provinces who are 18 years of age or older. Selected entrants must correctly answer unaided a mathematical skill-testing question in order to be declared the winner. The draw date is Monday, Dec 12th 2011.

TO ENTER the CHRISTMAS CASH contest (the "Contest") simply visit the web site located at www.ctvatlantic.ca, click on the Contest page, complete and submit your entry by following the instructions found on the Contest page. In the event of a dispute, entries received on-line shall be deemed to be submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries must include your first and last name, address, email address, age, ten digit day time and evening telephone number and the correct answer to the most recent Contest Clue posed. Limit of one (1) entry per individual per Contest Clue. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per day, all your entries will be void. Contest starts at 7:00 a.m. Atlantic Time ("AT") on Monday, November 28, 2011 and closes on Sunday, December 11, 2011 at 11:00 p.m. AT (the "Contest Period"). There is one (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") and two (2) secondary prizes (collectively the "Secondary Prizes", and each a "Secondary Prize") (collectively the Grand Prize and the Secondary Prizes will be referred to as the "Prizes", and each a "Prize") to be won from among all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Limit of one Prize per entrant. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

# To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick or Newfoundland/Labrador and be over the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides. Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of any of the Contest Sponsors, their respective agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators, are ineligible to enter. A winner of a Bell Media Inc. contest within the three (3) months preceding the start of this Contest (including persons designated by such winners to take ownership of prizes) and persons domiciled with a winner are not eligible to enter.

# Grand Prize - There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) two thousand dollar cheque (Cdn.) from Rite Stop Inc.. Value of the Grand Prize is Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00) Cdn.
# Secondary Prize - There are two (2) Secondary Prizes each consisting of one (1) five hundred dollar cheque (Cdn.) from Rite Stop Inc.. Value of each Secondary Prize is Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) Cdn.
