* The contest is open to small and medium sized business owners in Ontario from December 1, 2011 until end of business day on Friday, December 30th.
* The winner will be randomly drawn from all entries and will be contacted during the week of January 9, 2012.
* The prize is a $1000 STAPLES giftcard
* The prize must be accepted as offered.
* The contact information will only be used to contact the winner.
* All names and contact information will be kept confidential but the stories submitted as an entry may be used in future promotions.
