2012 competition - Contest starts at 5:30 am on Monday, November 28, 2011 and continues until Sunday December 25, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Contest Closing Date”). All times are Eastern. No purchase necessary. Only one (1) entry per person. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than once per person, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. Citytv, a division of Rogers Broadcasting Limited (“Citytv”) and Dempster’s® / Maple Leaf Prime™ (“Dempsters/Maple Leaf”) are the sponsors of the Contest (the “Contest Sponsors”).

To enter, go to BreakfastTelevision.ca and follow the Contest link to the Dempster’s microsite (or visit http://contests.citytv.com/dempsters2011, complete the entry ballot, and submit it as instructed by the Contest Closing Date.

A random draw will be made at approximately noon on or about Friday, December 30, 2011, by a representative of Citytv from all eligible entries received as of the Contest Closing Date, at Toronto, Ontario. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone or email, as set our on their entry.

If a selected entrant cannot be reached within three (3) business days following the draw, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a release of liability as specified below, another entrant will be selected until the prize is awarded, without any liability to Contest Sponsors whatsoever in such respect..

Participants are eligible to win one (1) grand prize, consisting of:
* One (1) Flex Duo™ Samsung range, (model #: FE710DRS), approximate retail value $1,899.99. Installation is not included in the prize, and is the sole responsibility of the winner;
* One (1) Holiday Chef’s gift basket containing a collection of premium cookware and cookbook(s), approximate retail value $1,100.
* Approximate value of grand prize, $3,000.

This Contest is open to residents of Ontario who are over the age of majority in such province of residence, excluding employees of the Contest Sponsors, their respective parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, Contest suppliers and judges, and those with whom they are domiciled. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
