all contest #competition - Earn tokens by playing games and referring friends and use them to enter contests, bid on auctions, or redeem for prizes. Open to all of Canada and there is no end date set.

If you use your Tokens to bid on rewards available through the auction part of the Platform, the following additional terms will apply:

• The auction will be a secret bid and you will not be able to see the current highest bid

• When you submit a bid, the Tokens will be placed on hold in your account

• Dell may provide you with the ability to modify your bid by adding more Tokens to your bid only. Dell will not be able to remove Tokens or bids.

• A winner of the auction is determined by the user with the highest bid. The winner will have the second highest bid + 1 Token subtracted from their account.

• If there is more than one user who submitted the highest bid than the item is drawn amongst the users.
