Contest:   TD Making of a Star Contest

Eligibility:  a legal resident of Canada

Period: Beginning on Thursday, September 13, 2012 and continuing on each day thereafter until Monday, December 10, 2012 (including weekends and statutory holidays)at approximately 10:00 am ET

Prizes:  Grand Prize - There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California, USA to watch X Factor Finale Live (Wednesday, December 19). Trip includes: round trip economy air fare for two (2) from a major Canadian airport closest to the Grand Prize winner's place of residence in Canada (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point") to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights accommodation (based on one (1) room, double occupancy) as chosen by the Contest Sponsors, plus $500 in spending money and rental car in Los Angeles for two (2) days (vehicle size and colour to be selected by the Contest Sponsors at their sole discretion and authority) including all taxes and necessary rental insurance.

Secondary Prizes - There are eighty-nine (89) daily Secondary Prizes, each consisting of an X Factor Branded messenger bag. Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is fifteen dollars ($15.00) Cdn.
