Prizes: Six (6) prizes will be awarded which include, 1yr membership to Steve Nash Fitness World, Perfect Pullup Bars courtesy of Fitness Town, President's Choice Blue Menu products and a grocery store gift card to The Real Canadian Superstore. Two (2) per week will be given out for the duration of the contest.

How to win: You will require a UPICKEM username and password.  If you do not have a Upickem account, you can register for free by visiting vancouver24hrs.upickem.net and completing the form.  Once registered, you can login to enter for a chance to win. To enter the Contest, fill out the online entry form and attached your photo. Include a brief description about the photo. Enter at vancouver.24hrs.ca/contests
