New Contest:  SPONGETOWELS TOP CHEF CANADA CONTEST

Eligibility:  be a legal resident of Canada;

Closes on: June 10, 2013

Prizes: the Grand Prize winner consisting of a trip for two (2) to Toronto, Ontario which shall include:

- round-trip economy airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (the
“Guest”) leaving together from the same gateway from a Canadian International
airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (Vancouver, Calgary, Regina,
Winnipeg, Montreal, Halifax or St. John’s, as determined by Sponsors in their
sole discretion) to Toronto, Ontario;

- ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between the airport and
hotel in Toronto, Ontario, and to and from the hotel and restaurant;

- two (2) nights hotel accommodation to be selected by Sponsors in their sole
discretion for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest based on double occupancy;

- dinner at Top Chef Canada Season 2 winner Carl Heinrich’s restaurant,
‘Richmond Station’ which will include a cooking demo and dinner

- one thousand dollars (CDN $1,000.00) in spending money for the Grand Prize
Winner.

The Grand Prize has an approximate value of six thousand Canadian dollars (CDN
$6,000.00)
