New Contest:  Wedding Contest 2013

Eligibility:  The contest is open to anyone in the United States and Canada who is 18 years of age or older.

Closes on:  May 10, 2013 before 11 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Prizes: One $2000 (USD) will be awarded as Grand Prize. 2nd prize will be a $1000 (USD). 3rd Prize will be a $500 (USD).

How to win: You must use Charmin brand toilet paper.
You may use any type of tape, any type of glue.
Use needle and thread if you like.
The dress must be able to be worn by a human and be able to be taken on and off.
Take well lit digital photos of the front, side and back of the dress and headpiece.
