The Prizes:
There will be 10 prize(s) awarded. Winners will be chosen by random draw. Each prize will consist of one (1) Rubbermaid Lunchblox containers valued at $50 each. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or refundable. The sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value in the event that the prize described is unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.
Prize will be awarded by random draw from amongst all eligible entries received via the Internet by the contest closing date. The draw will be held in Montreal, Quebec at 10:00 am EST on May 28, 2012 . The winners must complete and return a declaration of release form, including correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question within, by June 11, 2012 or an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will receive the aforementioned prize within 30 days of receipt of the duly filled declaration of release form.
