The Wonka Rock With Simple Plan Contest (hereinafter, the "Contest") is being held by Morris National on behalf of Nestlé USA (hereinafter "the Sponsor"). The Contest starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 14, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 13, 2012 (the "Contest Period").
The Contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who are between the ages of thirteen (13) and thirty (30) at the time they enter the Contest, except employees, administrators, agents or representatives of the Sponsor, suppliers of services or prizes, and any other companies directly or indirectly involved in the Contest, including their subsidiaries or affiliates, and any immediate family of said excluded individuals and any people with whom they are living. "Immediate family" means parents, sisters, brothers, children, husband and wife. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CONTEST IF YOU ARE INADMISSIBLE.
If the selected winner of the Grand Prize is under the age of majority in his/her province of residence, the prize must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian on his/her behalf and comply with the contest rules and the minor and his or her guests must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian on the trip as one of the three winner's guests.
Participants must be available and able to travel over a three day, two night period between August 16, 2012 to August 18, 2012.
HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST
No Purchase Necessary. To enter the Contest, participants must go to www.rockwithwonka.ca (the "Website") and follow the on-screen instructions on the landing page to: (i) allow the Contest application (the "Application"); and (ii) obtain, fully complete and submit the official Contest entry form during the Contest Period. To be eligible for the Contest, you must complete all of the following fields of the entry form: First Name, Last Name, your E-mail, your date of birth and your submission for possible lyrics for the Wonka song. Once you have fully completed the entry form, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your completed entry form (the "Entry").
No purchase is required. However, online access to the Internet and an e-mail account are required to participate in the contest. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others provide free computer and Internet access, and certain Internet service providers or other companies offer free e-mail accounts. In addition, Entries that are submitted via smart phone device may be subject to additional charges from the entrant's mobile service provider (as noted above).
• All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 13, 2012.
• Limit one (1) entry per person, per day into the Contest.
Grand Prize:
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won in the Contest. The prize consists of:
• Round trip economy airfare for the winner and three (3) guests from a major commercial airport closest to the winner's home in Canada to another major commercial airport in Ontario as determined by the Sponsor.
• Two (2) nights, two (2) rooms standard hotel accommodation in Toronto for four (4) people, double occupancy, in a three star or better hotel.
• Concert tickets for the winner and his/her three (3) guests to attend a Simple Plan concert in Toronto, ON.
• Winner and three (3) guests to meet and greet with Simple Plan at a recording studio in Toronto, ON to record the Wonka Song created from The Wonka Wrock With Simple Plan Contest.
• $500 CDN spending money for the winner only.
• The prize is valued at approximately $8,000 CDN.
Secondary Prize:
There are eight (8) Secondary Prizes available to be won in the Contest. Each prize consists of:
• Wonka candy
• Wonka branded gifts
• Simple Plan autographed CD
The prize is valued at approximately $250 CDN.
