Eligibility
The Win a Trip to The Monster Energy Cup Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all residents of the Canadian Province of Ontario, who are the age of majority the time of entry, except employees, representatives and agents of Monster Energy Canada Ltd. (“Monster”), Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada Company, Coca-Cola Ltd., Mac’s Convenience Stores, Inc. and their affiliated companies and members of the respective immediate families of such employees, representatives and agents, and all persons with whom they are domiciled.

Prize
There is only one Prize available to be won, described as follows: two round trip flight tickets from the closest International Airport in Canada to the winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV; three (3) nights accommodations (double occupancy) at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas from October 19 to 22, 2012, and two (2) tickets to the Monster Energy Cup on October 20, 2012. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $2500 CAD. All costs and expenses not specifically paid for as part of the Grand Prize, including without limitation; meals, gratuity, ground transportation and all applicable taxes are the Prize winner’s responsibility.
Any prize suppliers are independent parties over which Monster Energy does not exercise any control. Monster is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers nor does it assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment to the Prize winners.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded, and may not be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash value. In case of the unavailability of any component of the Prize, Monster reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal value.
How To Enter
No Purchase Necessary. Only one entry per person.
To enter the Sweepstakes, during the period beginning at 12:01 PST on June 25, 2012 and ending on August 19, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”) at 11:59 PM PST (the “Sweepstakes Closing Time”) visit www.monsterenergy.com/ca/en/promotions, click on the “Enter promotion” link for the “Win a Trip to The Monster Energy Cup” promotion and complete the on-line registration by providing the following information: First name; last name; home address; a valid email address; date of birth; and daytime telephone number including area code. Monster’s computer is the official timekeeping device for entry in the Sweepstakes. Normal time rates, if any, charged by the entrants’ Internet service or mobile provider will apply.
No Mail-in entries will be accepted.
All entries must be received no later than the Sweepstakes Closing Time. Entries which are incomplete, late, lost, irregular in any way or sent by an unauthorized method are void and will not be eligible or accepted at the time of the draw.
Entries will only be accepted as described herein and will not be accepted by any other means.
