Photo Competition - Baby animals

Spring brings new birth – lambs, baby birds, fox cubs and seal pups, as well as buds and blossoms – both here in the UK and overseas. This month we want to see your images of young wildlife – whether snuggling with mum or playing around. Please only submit photographs with wildlife or nature as the subject.

As last month, simply upload your photos and vote for the ones you like best. Due to the excellent quality of the images we receive, editor Sophie Stafford just can't help herself and will be selecting the winner from the ten images with the highest votes. The winning image will become the icon for April's photo contest. Images may be featured in a newsletter or a future issue.

The editor's choice is final and correspondence will not be entered into.

The final date for submissions of photo competition is 5 May 2011.

Don't forget that although you can only upload your images for a month, you can still vote for another month after that and encourage your friends to vote. All votes submitted by the final deadline will count.
