december competition - The PAINT THE TOWN IN PUERTO VALLARTA with EXPEDIA.CA Contest (the “Contest”) begins on November 30, 2011 at 1:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 28, 2011 at 4:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

December Contest, Prize Flight to Mexico Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of Expedia Canada Corp. (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Contest Parties”).

There will be one (1) Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for five (5) nights that must take place between January 9, 2012 and March 22, 2012, which includes: round trip airfare (economy class) for the winner and his/her travel companion to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico from the Canadian international gateway airport nearest the winner's residence; one (1) room and accommodation for two (2) for five (5) nights at the Marival Residences & World Spa in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico; with an approximate retail prize value of $2,500.00 based on a Toronto departure example, although the actual retail value may vary depending on the point of departure (the “Prize”). No difference between the actual and approximate retail values will be awarded. Choice of flights, airlines, hotel accommodations/room size/occupancy are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Prize will only be awarded to the entrant whose verifiable full name and valid e-mail address appears on the Entry Form. The Releasees (defined below) are not responsible for, and accept no liability in relation to, any portion of the Prize that may be cancelled, rescheduled, delayed, postponed or otherwise affected for any reason.
