## STRICT RULES FOR SELECTION OF PHOTO COMPETITION ##

-Photo must be in natural color or black n’ white.
- HDR, sepia tone, and duotone image is not eligible. Manipulation of image should be kept at a minimum (such as saturation, contrast, auto contrast, auto level, auto color). Image in which content has been eliminated, added, rearranged will not be accepted for finalist round. No border or frame may be added to image. No watermark, signature, or copyright notice may be added to image.
- The finalist photos would be selected on the basis of relevancy to the theme, Focus / Sharpness, Composition / Arrangement, Lighting, Creativity in conveying the theme “WATER”.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Submit only 1 photo to http://www.theimagepark.com/index.php?cm=page or email to theimagepark@gmail.com with your name, sex, photo caption, contact number and participant’s facebook profile’s link. The Photo should be of minimum 1200pixel by 1600 pixels and file size must be from 500kb to 2 mb. And, rename your photo-filename into yourname.jpeg or yourname.jpg before submitting your photograph.

- Submitted photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges, covenants and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph. The photograph must not, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content. Photographs deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.

- By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and other information that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules.
-The Image Park Internal Selection Team would select 50 photos for nomination for the prize categories.
-Anybody who's found bullying/insulting on the participant’s photo is subject to be banned from The Image Park’s website / facebook page.
-Entrants agree that The Image Park may use each entrant's name, photograph, and likeness in any publicity relating to its future promotions with photographer’s copyrights.
-The Image Park is not responsible for: lost, misdirected, misplaced, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or late entries. But, we would try our best that the photo submissions don’t get deleted.

ABOUT VOTING ROUND:

This is a skill based competition and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.
- 3 THE IMAGE PARK CHOICE PRIZES: The Team of The Image Park Members would vote best 3 photos.
- MOST POPULAR PHOTOGRAPH (NEPAL EDITION): The photograph with most vote would be avarded. New voting system’s detail would be attached with each and every finalist photographs.And, it is only valid for Nepal residents.
- BEST WORKSHOP PARTICIPANT: The most powerful photograph from The Image Park’s workshop participation from Finalist Round would get this title.
